Yelena Bryksenkova is a freelance illustrator and fine artist who has created art for everything from greeting cards and book covers, to clothing for the Pitchouguina AW 14/15 collection. Her beautiful and detailed illustrations speak for themselves. Some of her drawings remind me of the illustrations in folktales and fairy tale books I poured over as a child. Oh how I would love to just jump inside of one of the charming little worlds she creates and spend a day exploring them. I can't wait to see more work from her in the future!

Can we please discuss how stunning gorgeous these still life photographs of colorful fruits and veggies are!? Florent Tanet uses common objects or foods to create unusual, minimalist still life images that pop out at you and give you one of those "why didn't I think of that?" moments. So simple, but so beautiful and fun. I would love to have one of these photographs hanging in my kitchen or living room! |
