I smile everytime I see this video of Mac DeMarco at Pitchfork last year when he brings his girlfriend out on stage during his song "Still Together". They are absolutely adorable. He is an indie rock musician from Canada. I really like Mac's vibe and his music videos are usually pretty eccentric and playful. Check him out and enjoy the tunes. 

A few months ago, someone showed me a video of James Blake performing the song "Retrograde" from the album Overgrown live and I swooned. His voice is so melodic and his music is like a blend of R&B/Soul and Electronic. He has a several great songs and I can't wait to see what he comes out with next. If you don't listen to anything else by him, at least listen to "Retrograde" below. The first time I heard it I was eh a little tipsy and told my friend that I felt like his voice was making love to me haha  
 I recommend checking out his live performance of it as well but the video to this one is really beautiful so I put it on here instead. 

Dan Deacon is definitely one of my top ten favorite musicians right now and his concert was hands down the best, most fun show I have ever been to. If you ever have a chance to see him live, please go. It just might change your life, or you might just have an amazing night. Either way if like Electronica, Indie and Experimental music, you win. Dan Deacon is not just a musician, he is also a composer and is brilliant at piecing elements of sound together. He loves to have fun and give a crowd an experience by making his concerts more interactive. Like, he will get in the middle of the crowd and get everyone do to synchronized dancing or form a human tunnel that goes around the entire venue. The song below is one of his older ones but if you at all like it, be sure to check out his newest album titled America, which was released last year. I know his music is not for everyone but I love it and maybe you will too. Oh yeah, he also does some pretty mind-blowing video art.
